Here are some of the things that we got done in 2013 -14

Woodland Path with Blackberry Bushes for Children to pick

The Woodland Path
The Team hard at work
The "Orangery"

A Greenhouse.

This took three of us three days to build. Why oh why didn't we just pay for the "We'll build it for you service"? Still we had a lot of fun and insanity with the incomprehensible manual! We call it the "Orangery", partly because the Trust never knowingly undersels what it does, but also because, frankly, an "Orangery" might have required a lot less effort to build.

A bat box

Bat and Bird Boxes

True to the Trust's green policies we installed loads of these. Birds are definitely nesting. Jury is out on the bats though.... but who is in the Dell at night to see whether we have any?Fingers crossed.

Rose Arch, new Rose Bed and enhanced planting

Rose Arch acrross the entrance pathway
Commemorative Rose Bed
Replacement Acer for the Olive that was destroyed in the Great Storm

The Dell is closed on Monday mornings until 12.30pm for the gardening club.
