Some of our Past Projects

2012 - A New Clubhouse

We got a rugger team in to clear the land for our new clubhouse.

Dirty work, but we had just the right animals to do it!

2011 - An improved play area

We made the Dell much more adventurous for children.

We included scramble frames, a rope bridge and other interesting stuff, as well as a 'soft play' surface.

2010 - A Nookery Bench and Interpretation Boards

The Nookery Bench provides a quiet place for teenagers, who need their own space.

The Interpretation Boards were installed to encourage interest in all the boirdlife we have in the Dell and to explain our magnificent Buzz Tower.

This is the large sculpure at the entrance to the Dell. It was specially made for us by reknowned sculptors Jim Partridge and Liz Walmsley.

The Dell is closed on Monday mornings until 12.30pm for the gardening club.
